This item was tested and works. The lights in his head do work but it's hard to see in the picture. I think they have gotten a little bit dimmed over time.

I'm sure when he's in the dark you will be able to see them. I used an adapter for another prop to test him. He takes a 5.9 volt adapter.

NO instructions or original box is included. The clothing has some holes but they are on the back side any nothing major.
