This Halloween decoration stands with his arms wide open, his menacing voice speaks, and then his right arm swipes forward to grab his victim while he laughs in a sinister way! The posable left arm can be positioned as you like. The Scarecrow requires 4 AA Batteries, not included and can also be used with a 6v 2a adapter, not included. Volume control allows you to customize the sound level, and there is also a jack for an external speaker, if you choose. It is sound, motion, or footpad (not included) activated.
